Finally found some beef short ribs locally, had a fair amount of meat on 'dem bones. Picked up a rack of spares while I was at it. got home and thought heck, this calls for a ribs throwdown.
Rubbed them down with some Oakridge rubs and on the keg they went. Dang, those beef ribs sure do shrink don't they?

I love beef ribs - because I do not get them often here, in the Land Predominated by Pork - know as North Carolina.....
