Thawed that other prime rib that I had in the freezer.

Doing this one direct low & slow with a reverse sear finish.
Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Granulated Garlic and some fresh cut Rosemary on top
No wood chunks for smoke, just a mixture of oak and hickory lump.
Starting out around 250*

For me I had a Prime Rib Sammie between two pieces of 5 cheese Texas Toast. This was so good I didn't even bother with the horsie sauce
