It was our entree along with a brocolli-kale salad and peppers. Coated with a rub similar to what we use for briskets mixed with yogurt.
Smelled like a brisket while roasting. We like cauliflower, smashed cheesy cauliflower is a favorite substitute for potatoes but this will definitely be made again.
Here's a recipe where we got the idea, we just spiced it the way we like.

Looks delicious! Thanks for posting the link!

With the heat index above 105, I feel like I'm roasting my brain when I try to stay out there.

I thought it was going to be hog head cheese!
The cauliflower looks good, I never considered putting a rub on it like that and the yogurt sounds like a good idea.
The Silver King corn hit the market this week and that looks like it would be good on it too.

It's insane outside here too... Humidity has been so high it felt like I was cutting grass under water the other day.

From the title I thought is was a whole different subject. My first guess looking at the picture was the after shot in a "this is your brain on drugs" commercial.

Looks good. Did you wrap after you got the color you wanted?.

No, the cauliflower finished up to a fork tender crunch about the same time the crust developed. Cooked on the keg set up as an oven around 350-400* indirect.

cut into steaks doesn't take as long and you get more flavor all over. ..just sayin..great either way. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
