Well got to do a Pile-O-Ribs and used nothing but Kingsfords new hickory pellets.
Let me tell you these are Ok at best, not what the advertise in my opinion. They did good as far as heat and smoke plus flavor was good but not as good as othe pellets I tried for half the price. These were 11.98 for a 10 lbs bag. Not worth the price at all in my opinion. The ash left behind was at least the same if not more than other brands I use. I wouldn’t buy these again unless they drop the price to 11.98 for 20 lbs

Thanks Tommy! Saves me from buying a bag. I will stick with my Green Mountain Texas Blend and GM Gold Blend.

Green Mountain pellets are excellent. Nice to see Kingsford jump in the pellet game but they should have brought the thunder.

Wow that's a little expensive. If the price point comes down below $1/lb I might try a bag. We just visited my wife's family over the weekend and my brother in law gifted me with 160 lbs. of Lumberjack pellets, so I'm a happy camper for a few weeks! I wish I could get Cookinpellets here. I'd like to add them to my unofficial pellet survey! So far, I like Lumberjack Competition Blend and GMG Gold Blend the best and Traeger pellets the least.
