Title: Chicken Fajitas with a "special" dessert
Post by: bamabob on July 01, 2018, 05:25:00 PM
Picked up some boneless, skinless thighs at Costco, wanting to try a Chicken Fajita recipe.  Did an 18 hour marinade and onto the fire.  Once again used the Ash Dragon divider, what a great accessory!  Heated the half moon up over the hot side as the keg came up to temp, slid the half moon over to the cool side, added some apple chunks and on went the thighs.

Put the thighs on the half moon and slid it back around over the fire and got a good seared crust on the chicken

Served on a heated cast iron fajita plate
