If one is good, wouldn't two be twice as good?
I got this recipe from Pinterest & then tweaked it a bit.
Mixed it up & stuck it in the fridge for about six hours.

I smoked it with a mix of hickory & mesquite pellets in the Jim Bowie.
About an hour @ 180°, about another hour @ 300°, then finished it off @ 350° for about 15 minutes.

Plated it with mashed potatoes, green beans, brown gravy, & white bread.
Sorry, the star of the show got covered up with the gravy. Trust me, it is there. :)

First time using mesquite for meatloaf. It (or something) gave it a little stronger, richer, taste. Pretty good.

I would like a little bit bigger plate than that. Excellent meal.

I'm not big on meatloaf, but that looks more than edible! Nicely done.

You could just leave mine on the pan you used to cook it and add some (lots) of gravy and taters. :P
