Title: Snowy cook

Got up at dark-thirty to smoke some ribs for a noontime crowd, and whaddaya know, snow! We get kinda excited here in the high desert when it snows...

A little cold-smoke before bringing up to cooking temp...

Nothing says Merry Christmas like a little thin blue smoke. I think I'll make this one my Christmas card! :-)

What a fantastic way to start the day!! Love the Christmas card pic! Wonder how many besides us BBQ nuts would even notice the TBS in the background... lol. #wehaveissues
