Yep, those are beef back ribs sold as soup bones, and WOW what a price!!! :thumbup:
I usually cut them off the rib roast myself and often save and freeze them until I get four or five sets and cook 'em up for beef ribs.

I have a chest freezer with about packages of them!!! Pays to suck up to the butcher :)
