Title: Turkey breast on the Lockhart
Post by: Steph on March 01, 2020, 07:09:07 PM: Evening all! Smoked up a turkey breast on the Lockhart today. We did a mini Thanksgiving I guess you could say, with dressing and mashed potatoes. Who wants to wait a whole year for T-day? Not me.

That looks great & none of that silly green stuff to get in the way on the plate.

Just the basic stuff. Cornbread of course, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, celery, onion, sage and a little bit of poultry seasoning.
