Title: Myron Mixon's Cupcake Chicken
Post by: smokeasaurus on January 03, 2012, 08:09:17 PM
Hey, ya gotta give credit where credit is due!!
Used a hunk of cherry for smoke. Oklahoma Joe's Hog and Yard Bird (you can only get it at Charbroil.com ;D)
Sauced em up with Char-Broils Sweet n Sassy finishing sauce. Kept the pit between 275 and 300..kinda breezy today in the valley.......

I made these about a year ago and they were very good; however, they did not look as good as yours. Dee
