Wanted to watch the football games so I fired up the cook-shack again. Tossed in some split chickens with one 2 oz pc of North Atlantic olive wood. The smoker was smoking so well I removed the pc of wood after one hour. Chix came out nice. Next time I do yard-birds I am gonna split one of those mini chunks in half. I can see how easy it can be to over-smoke chicken in this bad boy!!
