Well a few weeks back I made smashed chicken for Dee, so I thought tonight I would do it again but rub the meat first then pound it flat.
The rub did in deeper in the meat and oh so tender, love chicken like this.

I have your ground ghost pepper powder. Maybe try a little of that on your smashed chicken. It might just cook it for you!
