Title: Breaded steak on the menu

Well wanted something different for dinner and breaded steak sounded good.

Cube steak with Italian bread crumbs, it don't get any better!

It's my version of Italian soul food  ;)

Dad use to cook this years ago and Kimmie loves it so I do it for her  :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks all, Dad would make this once to twice a month and man I couldn't wait to dig in!  Add pork and beans or corn over the smashed  taters and it's chow time!   ;)

Man it's good to know someone else likes breaded cube steaks cooked on the grill...

and that I'm not the only nut job who likes corn topped mashed potatoes. ;)

Ohhhh yeah - love corn topped mashed taters. One of the few good things that KFC got right...
