Title: Winter Warm Spell
Post by: LostArrow on January 15, 2012, 06:38:05 PM
Between the cold, short days, rain , hunting season & Saints football I've not fired up ribs in a while.
It was sunny 63F , saints lost :'( & coughing too much to go hunting).
Uncovered, opened & let my cookers dry.
Fired up my small charcoal grill for indirect smoking since it was pleasant & only cooking for 3.
It's a small grill 18.5in X 18.5 but works pretty good .
Always keep some vacuum packed BB ribs & St Louis style ribs around the house.
Rubbed with CYM, & BBQ rub.
Cooking with apple wood.
Final pics later
