I wanted to do chops so I thought why not stuff them and bread them?
I cut a slit into them

Stuffed them with swiss cheese

Added breading

Seared on one side then flipped over turned the heat down and let them hold with lots of smoke :D

I am thinking we have stalled some where
-
Sorry PhotoBucket is killing me ??? ??? ???
Ok lets get going again!
After I seared and hold them this is how they came out
