Title: mayo coated chicken wings
Post by: Sandman on June 27, 2013, 06:09:27 PM
Since everybody else is doing it I had to give it a try. I mixed slap ya mama rub with the mayo and cooked at 325f. I gotta say they were pretty darn good.(http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/x372/Bradsanders99/IMAG0261_zpsf703e67c.jpg) (http://s1178.photobucket.com/user/Bradsanders99/media/IMAG0261_zpsf703e67c.jpg.html)(http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/x372/Bradsanders99/IMAG0262_zps5a65ebbf.jpg) (http://s1178.photobucket.com/user/Bradsanders99/media/IMAG0262_zps5a65ebbf.jpg.html)

That's funny your say that about using it on fish. I heard that on the radio today that it keeps the fish from sticking so I tried it. Worked pretty good. I don't think you could flip more than once though.

I usually don't flip. On the charcoal or pellet grill, I'll raise it up off the grates by placing some sliced lemons under it.

Plus the mayo keeps the moisture in and gives the Panko bread crumbs something to adhere to.  ;)
