Title: Spatchcocked Chicken

Spat chocked a 5 lb bird , then brined for 6 hours in a simple salt. Sugar & water brine. Oiled the skin , coated with Bad Byron's rub, & put on grill.
45 min indirect smoke, then finished 20 min each side over direct.
Really tasty!

Smoked and crispy skin...best of both worlds!!
