My wife is having one of those "coming to Jesus" garage sales in a couple of weeks. Anything I have not touched in the last week is fair game. I thought about running around touching things... but after seeing this cook... maybe it's time to let some stuff go.

Those quarters are selling for $0.84 per lb. in our local meat market. Should pick some up and do that.

I have to start doing what you do with respect to seasoning. I think that I put too much on and from the photo, it looks like you put on just the right amount. I like that.
