Title: Chicken and rice..

Picked up a couple of chicken thighs recently. Gave them a coating of Light Mayo and seasoned with BP Seasoned Garlic Salt. My little partner in crime on the left was happy I was making chicken too.  ;D

Onto the Weber Platinum.

Finished. No turning and a nice crispy skin. Quality control wiener on there too.  ;D

Plated up with Rice and Pinto Beans. This was very good!

Very nice looking chicken. Love those Weber charcoal baskets......I used to use one basket only when doing briskets or butts in my kettle......

Thanks smoke. What surprised me was how crisp the skin got, even without putting them over direct heat. I was pretty happy with this cook.
