Started with Big Bob Gibson's White Sauce that I got from Gus Robin....Thanks Gus ;D

And some fresh chicken legs...

Chicken legs soaked in the white sauce for several hours in the fridge...

Then onto the Junior with the PID set to 320F grill temp...

After a 40 minute grill time. I kicked it up to 360F the last 15 minutes...

Plated with pasta and cheese bread...

The sauce was excellent. I noticed that the chicken legs were very moist/tender and the meat started to fall off the bone as they finished cooking. That stuff is great with chicken ;D

I gotsta get some of that BBG white sauce ...or try to make something like it - it just sounds like a great combo on chicken.
