Best tasting was
Savory Spices Mo Rockin Chicken
FE Championship Rub (my favorite flavor profile for Brisket and Ribs) but NOT Chicken
And last place was the Cookshack Chicken Rub
next time I will do as Tim suggested and let it stay in Frig for a couple of days.
Good stuff Tim! good stuff!

Love me some wingies....and your look great. Love Mo Rockin too
-
Mo Rockin is an excellent rub and your chicken looks great!
-
A couple of years ??? Those bad boys should be done every couple of weeks ;)
-
Very nice wings! Leaving the drum and flat connected really does promote juiciness. Just for giggles, try it with reserved bacon grease in place of the EVO one day ... and letting them sit in the fridge for 24-36 definitely will bump up the flavor a bit.
Dang it, I had them yesterday and now you've got me craving wings again ...

Look good! I like Mo Rockin too.

Thanks for the Tip. Can't wait to give that and the extra time in fridge a try!

RAD, by all means post a pic of that cooker when it is loaded with wings...some of these guys haven't seen how you do it.
