Hello everyone,

I have barbecued and smoked fish and jerky all my life, charcoal & gas mainly, but just in the last year I have started using a Traeger 075 and really like it.  I love tinkering with things to make them unique and easier to use and that includes barbecuing.

You will find that we have folks that use many different methods here for everything. Great cross-section of the outdoor cooking community.
