Got the grill basket out today. Put a pound of lg. shrimp into an olive oil, lemon/lime juice, garlic, red pepper, and honey marinade, and used my new vac. sealer to help things along in the marinate canister. Trimmed up some pea pods, peppers, red onion, asparagus, and garlic. Tossed all in a bit of sesame oil and dehydrated basil. And onto the grill. Served with brown rice. Not too bad, and very quick!

Sorry, Pappy - I like any rice - but especially wild rice (which isn't rice... ;D)
Gene, this is great meal - really like the variety of veggies! This looks delicious!
