Title: Sweet Money Ribs..
Post by: Sam3 on September 15, 2013, 07:41:37 AM
I've seen sparky and RickB use this rub before. They know their stuff, so why not give a try.

Quick slab of BB's all rubbed down. No FL on this cook, going to let it ride bones down the whole way.

Served with Scalloped taters.

The rub is real good. The end pieces had a nice dark Candy flavor.  Im not a big sweet eater, but the wife enjoyed it. Her family will too when I make these again in two weeks.

Those scallop potatoes are really good looking. But why add them to the ribs. Just eat the ribs because they look fantastic. Ribs alone make a great meal!

Gorgeous color on those ... is honey powder one of the rub's primary ingredients?

I'm not sure, I'll have to check the bottle when I get home.

Thanks everyone!

I saw the honeycomb on their logo so I was curious ... if so, I'm probably going to have to go find me some ... :)

I was already hungry before I looked at your ribs, with their perfect looking bark.  Man now I need to go eat something!

It's a "honey bonded natural sugar."
