Marinated a ribeye with Tim's WOW seasoning mixed with cheap balsamic vinagerette sald dressing overnite.
Grilled rare-med to rare on the gasser & was great!
Different flavor profile , planning a pork tenderloin with same!

Would you do it again with a steak? Do you think a better balsamic might have made a difference?
-
Tim's container suggested mixing wow with vinegar , water & oil.
Just easier to us the salad dressing.
Oh yeah I'll cook a steak this way again!

The WOW is really great with chicken. Made great flavor for the chicken salad I made.
Also have used it for a tenderloin and it was good also.

Marinated a ribeye ...
Lots of things I'd marinate but don't think a ribeye would be one of them. Jus' sayin'.

I think I love Way out west so much because I never had that flavor profile before. I sure do like it a lot!!!

I'll be pickin' up some WOW along with some other Savor Spices this weekend at the Gathering. I'm not sure, but I think they'll all be on sale at this event.
On sale - for sale...whatever...

When cooking over charcoal , just salt & pepper , but on the gasser I'll sometimes marinate.

Still trying to figure out where the ribeye is on a unicorn. :D

The WOW is a really nice flavor for steaks.
