Too cold and windy outside this afternoon, so inside it is with our pizza bake. Planned ingredients for two different pizzas: leftover SRG smoked chicken, black olives, oven roasted tomatoes, fresh heirloom tomatoes, pepperoncinis, basil, smoked pepper jack, and smoked mozzarella.
We made pizzas with two toppings, but they both look the same on top, so this is one of them.

You got it, sparky! ;) I agree with you fishingbouchman, that rustic appearance seems to make it taste better - kind of like eating a burger outdoors versus indoors - outdoors always seems better.
We did leftover pizza tonight - after reheating in the oven at 400F, we top with a fried egg and red pepper flakes (sorry about the focus)
