Got the charcoal grill out again today. I injected a whole bird with Tee's recipe on the FSB bottle. I cut it in half to make a bit more than 1/2 C. next, I lathered the bird with a bit of Bull's Eye bbq sauce, then gave her a good rubdown with a healthy dose of WOW complete with a bacon scarf. Onto the grill to brown, then put her atop a pan of potatoes, carrots, parsnips, onions, garlic, squash, brussell sprouts, and fresh tarragon. It sat in those roasting veggies until it hit 165F. FT time!
