Title: A blue steak
Post by: fishingbouchman on November 16, 2013, 11:27:08 PM
Wished I would have added a few more coals and cooked it quicker but the meal was outstanding.
Steak in kettle
Onion rings on mak
Wife did the rest inside.

Looks great! Tell me more about onion rings on the mak.

Milk, flower ( add seasoning you like ), egg, Planco
On at 400 for 10 min flip and rotate.  10 more min.

I love the crispy-ness of them.  Still working on seasoning.  And would like to use butter milk instead.

Never been too big in onion rings but love these.
