It's gonna be some nice pulled pork...
A 9-pound butt smoked with apple wood after being coated in CYM and Cajun spice... 14 hours later it's done!

Will let it cool for a bit and they pull it for sammies with some Carolina sauce and cole slaw and freeze some for later.

Man, I can never seem to get the great color I'm seeing in virtually all the posts lately!
You need to get one of those "trick" cameras...all the pros use 'em and I THINK smokeasaurus uses one, too. I wish I had one so MY food would look like that. ;)
