It's this time again ,end of the year.
and we did our annually Spit braai for our employees .
it was a great day.

First of all I want a job!
Second, that was one huge lamb
Third, that sprayer looked like way too much fun!

The results look beyond awesome. Looks like a tremendous feast.

Ahron - I know you may have posted it before….but would you mind linking this post to the recipe for your injection and your sprayed on glaze?  ( It was so beautiful and shiny it looked like a brown tinted metallic automotive clear coat! :D )

Ahron your feast looked tremendous! Just a beautiful looking lamb, great color, I can almost taste it just by looking!

Your pretty darn good at slicing that meat off the carcass while it's still spinning. Great video

thanks guys for the good words.
next year it will be in a built  bbq with a built  bar (for ice cold beer ). ;)
