Title: Two Butts

After a little nap from stuffing my face with some ribs I pulled out the 2 buts and added some more rub to them. Put them in the MES 30 around 10 pm last night. They are just coming out of their stall and are at 174 and rising.

Now those bones were pulled clean!!  Which rub of the two came out better?

I would have to say it was a tie.....both were great on their own.
