Title: Christmas Lunch

Double smoked ham, halušky, salad (with pecan smoked cheddar) and fruit.  Dinner is beef shoulder clod (about 7 pounds worth).  The clod is in the smoker right now wrapped in butcher paper and has a few more hours to go.
