Title: Easter Chicken
Post by: Kora Smoker on April 09, 2012, 03:03:17 PM
Went to the in-laws yesterday for Easter, and decided to do a chicken and some carne asada. Only took a pic of the chicken, but hey, a little something is better than nothing.  ;D

Nice color on the them bug eatin' yardbirds!

I am loookin' into building a coop and getting some of those little scratchers to keep plenty of fresh chicken meat and eggs around here.

Nothin' like fresh chicken!

Now that you mention old smokey, man I really love how it handles large cuts of meat like chicken and tri-tip.
