Title: Short ribs

I did some short ribs on my new GMG . (it is a great buy )
few short ribs with my  BBQ sauce . 2 hours on 220 . I applied the sauce , 1 hour at 450 .
made a salad of mixed greens , pine nuts, parmesan cheese .
it was a great supper.

That is an interesting cut.  They are flanken style but cut much thicker than that cut in the U.S.

Ribs look good but your view is awesome. My wife loved it and wanted to know what kind of flowers they are.

 It is Plumeria or Frangipani .
it is a beautiful flower and it got a great smell  .

how did I miss this post.  one problem.  where is my plate setting?  food looks fantastic.  aren't pellet grills fun.   ;)

You can sit at the top of the table . this pellet smoker  makes you lazy ahhh lazy is good  ;)
