Doing some El Polo Loco. El Polo Loco is crazy chicken  ???

Remember when I got us a bag of the Original El Pollo Loco spices from someone that worked there?

This batch on the Crockett looks (so far) just like from the Restaurant.........

I use some polo seasoning i get at a small store in Littlerock where i grew up.

Do the legs come off of that grill easily? It looks like there are some pins holding them in place.
