Various cooks going on this weekend..


Simpler dinner for Friday night.   Chicken/Apple brats.

It's time to start a pile of pulled pork care packages for the guy that is taking care of the barn/pasture/yard at MIL's house.

The usual flavor suspects..  ;)

I left the membrane on for now and will try to strip it towards the end of the cook.


Traeger is smoking around 250°, and the sentries are in place.

Hot smoked some cod for 'fish tacos' for dinner Saturday night.   Just some cheap frozen cod and Goya/Sriracha.   ;D  Dang they were good..

Wrapped and resting until it cooled down, then I pulled that netting off.

I think my outdoor cooking gear is jealous of yours! WOW what a nice selection of grub for the week, squirt!

It is on my list for the week! I have been traveling a lot lately and the Yoder is getting lonely. I do love this unit tho. It is a great tool on the deck! (Plus...it's is too heavy to chuck overboard if it ever mis-behaves ;D )
