Title: Steak on a Stick
Post by: LostArrow on May 09, 2012, 09:19:49 PM
Most of the time locally! beef ribs look like bleached whale bones with a few meat finers on them!
Local grocery had these for $2.70/ lb , they had meat on them!
Seasoned them with rub, on on the CGK with pecan wood @ 300F for 1.5 hours , then panned for 45 min.
Tasted great served with roasted red taters, red onions, & orange bell pepper.
Cook was done purposefully at a higher heat because I cooked these after work & only had a short time.

Love beef ribs!  I can sometimes get good ones at my grocery and when I do, we have a feast!

Pretty tender, the 45-60 min panned with a little water @ 300F made em pretty tender.

I have done beef ribs in TBE with the rib hooks and they turned out really good.

Your ribs look mighty fine LA ;)
