They look like bone-in CSRs to me.

The Old Smokey churns out real good ribs Captain. Yours look great.

They pre drilled the thermo hole for me at the factory and they did it on the top lid by the vents. I like where yours is mounted better....I think the temp readings are more accurate the way yours is mounted.................

smoke, the other thing I did was make the two bottom vents individual with two of the dampers from a lid
instead of the long single damper that normally controls both bottom vent holes together
I want to add a IQue-110 to one of the bottom vent holes - http://pitmasteriq.com/IQ110.html
gotta have our toys ;)

since OldSmokey only charges $10 for the top, wire grill grate you can modify them for different cooks
one with all it's wires just for grilling
one with three wires removed on one side for one-sided indirect cooks
so you can add fuel during the cook
and one with two wires removed on both sides for doing two-sided indirect cooks of a big bird
with a foil pan in the bottom separating the coals

great Idea on the grate and dual dampers Captain...gonna call Houston tomorrow morn  :)
