I have a pork butt currently on the WSM and we were getting hungry so we decided to
try a recipe I saw Harry Soo (http://www.slapyodaddybbq.com/2014/05/bacon-wrapped-pineapple-mozzarella-rings-2/)make. Here are the ingredients:

All put together.

Put onto a 400 degree Weber Performer with a chunk of hickory wood.

Donuts getting ready to come off the grill after 30 minutes.

Anything wrapped in bacon has to be good ;D

I'd say throw a couple of those on a burger and you'd be in paradise.

Mrs says she likes that even better than the onion ring one,and it will be added to the appetizers when her brother visits.

Made these tonight, only I used Farmer John Unicorn, tastes just like bacon of all things.Used our smoked mozzarella cheese, cooked on grill grates on the Smokey Joe.Spiced half and the other half with the PBC spices.
Made a dip of miracle whip and Sriracha.Other dip was Hidden Valley Ranch.
These things are outrageously good!
Also made just the onion and unicorn, also very very good.
Agreed, these would be perfect on a burger too.
