Have always wanted to try Waygu beef but am too cheap to pay the prices. I was strolling through the grocery store and stumbled upon these...

Cooked at 350 on the Mak and pulled at 160

Now that was one tasty burger!!

That sure is a pretty looking plate! I bet those burgers were excellent.

Great looking burger!
Never had a Waygu burger. Bet it was good!
-
I have eaten Waygu burgers. They are good, but I'm not sure they are worth the price. I had a burger in Billings, MT a few years back that was a lot less expensive and had terrific taste. It came from a local ranch that raised grass-fed beef.

Great looking burger, bet it tasted awesome. ;)

That looks better than an "IN-n-Out" burger! :D 8)

Shoot send one my way I'd tell you if it's worth the $$$$$ Those look really good
-
Look good but I too am too cheap to give it a go.
-
I should have mentioned that the box of 4 burgers was 10 bucks.. pretty reasonable I thought.

X2
Scally has got some mad plating skills!

Not a bad price at all Scally. I haven't seen any Waygu down here, but if I want Buffalo burgers it is
about $11.00 a pound. Totally ridiculous. ???

To even call what they make at In-N-Out a burger is an insult to the burger world. :P

That looks fantastic, Scally!
I tried those Wagyu burgers some years ago. They're really moist, juicy and tasty.
