Cooked at 350 on the Mak and pulled at 160

Now that was one tasty burger!!

Post by: ACW3 on May 27, 2014, 09:43:30 AM: I have eaten Waygu burgers. They are good, but I'm not sure they are worth the price. I had a burger in Billings, MT a few years back that was a lot less expensive and had terrific taste. It came from a local ranch that raised grass-fed beef.

I tried those Wagyu burgers some years ago. They're really moist, juicy and tasty.
