Title: Pulled Picnic and wHole Chicken
Post by: sliding_billy on June 14, 2014, 04:40:46 PM: Home from work early yesterday, and trimmed up two picnics to make pulled pork for the weekend and for the freezer. Put a chicken roaster in while I had a fire for Friday dinner.

Combination of pecan (lots available), post oak and mesquite.
