The lollipops were seasoned with John Henry’s Raspberry Chipotle rub after marinating most of the day in Tony Chachere’s
Butter and Jalapeno marinade.

Lollipops put onto the Grid Iron, using Cookin Pellets Perfect Mix, cooking at 300. I put the lollipops in a smaller pan with one
cube of no salt butter.

I put the Chipotle-Bacon Mac N Cheese together following a recipe from here (http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/chipotle-bacon-mac-cheese-50400000121666/). I had planned to put it on the Grid Iron with the
lollipops when they were half way done, but the beautiful Georgia Thunder/Lighting storms hit hard so I decided to follow the
recipe and bake it in the oven.

I glazed the lollipops with Plowboys Sweet 180.

The Mac N Cheese would make my cardiologist cringe, but WOW was it terrific! Legs were sweet spicy delicious. I will do both
of these again!

Comfort food at it best and a lot of hard work on them lollypops and mac $ cheese. I could spend a week eating just that alone on the couch watching TV and enjoying life ;) Dang nice job!!

I used drumsticks. I am not sure what you mean by inside out. All I did was cut off the tendons, removed
the skin from the knuckles and pushed/pulled the skin down over the meat.
Nope I don't video, so not me on You Tube! ;)

on wings you pull the meat down,then pull skin and it becomes inside out. Like this

I just used the foil to keep the bone from getting black during the cook. It's just a cosmetic thing
to me. Makes a better presentation IMHO. Doesn't affect the taste at all. ;)

That's what I figured. Watched the youtube vid with the inside out stuffed wing lolis also. Wife is picking some legs and wings up today and we will give it a shot.

This recipe takes some skill and i'm obviously not there yet. Tried it with wings and got impatient as I was butchering them. Will try with legs soon. They were ugly, but delicious! Used butter and worchestershire glaze.
