My wife asked me if i could try a mozzarella cheese ball fatty?


Dont see why not.

Seasoned the meat and ready for the cheese.



Bacon weave ready.



Rolled and topped with Head Country.


Into the DC with apple pellets
Flint

Started smoke at 150, finished at 225, meat IT 161




Resting before slicing.



I used 1/4 tsp MTQ beings i started smoke at 150, hence the pinkish of the meat.
