Fancy Bratts
« Reply #-1 on: August 03, 2014, 06:14:19 PM »
I had a pineapple, so of course you have to use at as a center piece.  I did Johnsonville bratts with pecan smoke, corn, peppers, pineapple and the ALMIGHTY grilled avocado (which I cant give enough credit to this site for).   I threw in some cucumber with balsamic and seasoning, and tomatoes.  Help yourself to a plate on this one.
