So I was asked to stop at M&M meats on the way home to pick up frozen burgers the my oldest boy had requested. I don't shop there much and I'm not sure if those stores are in the States or not but wow what a selection. I grabbed the burgers but also picked up some 8oz bacon wrapped filet mignon, some lobster tail skewers and cheese and broccoli stuffed potatoes.  Burgers cooked quick for the minions.. Now on to my dinner!
Rubbed the steak with evoo and Money rub

Reverse sear on the Mak

Foil wrapped that to rest.. Now the tail skewers



And dinner is served
