Last night’s supper almost was a unicorn cook, but after plating my sandwich I snapped a pic of it. This morning a package came; always glad when I know it’s some cooking goodies! More stuff to find a place to store!
I got some Steven Raechlen .98 inch wide skewers. I got them from Amazon prime at $11.60 for a set of two. One set would probably be enough for me but had to get two! I am now all set to do some Eastern Kababs correct. I ordered some spices from T too so will be anxious to try them out.
For supper last night I mixed up ground chuck and pork sausage, ½ lb. each and made 4 patties, seasoned with Tatonka Dust. I did them on the flat side of grill grates on my Weber gasser along with 4 ears of corn and a portabella stuffed mushroom. It was stuffed with some gorgonzola crumbled cheese and then some melted garlic butter and Panko crumbs mixed together.
I toasted some Boullio buns for the sandwiches, mustard and topped with, tomatoes and some baby spinach. I had two of the patties on my sandwich and split the mushroom with the wife. We had gorgonzola garlic chive butter on the corn. All tasted great but the corn I had to get from another veggie stand and was not as good as my Sutter’s fresh picked was.
After eating my sandwich I could not eat my second ear of corn!
