welp, someone send me some steak marinade.  so i made up a patch.  3 tbs rubs / 1/2 cup grape oil / 1/4 cup apple cider vin.  into the blender and whirl, whirl.  its turns the marinade yellow kinda.  i got myself a rib eye.  let the magic begin.

got some corn on the grill and my wife and daughters new yorks.

must have refreshments.  threw some tatonka dust on them also.  can't have steak w/ out tatonka dust.

need some labels tanya for my containers.

were done.

its was thee best steak i have every had.  the marinade and tatonka dust made for a outstanding steak.  my wife and daughters had some of my steak and said it tasted better than theirs.  going to need more meat marinade.  doing tri's for 4th.  do you overnight?

Sparky,
You are making me hungry.  That steak looks really goooood!!!  Tanya is going to have to start distributing some of her "Dust".  Sounds like I need to try some here in NC.
