Time For Some Big Boy Ribs....
« Reply #-1 on: August 31, 2014, 09:59:42 PM »
It was time for some big boy ribs!  I mixed up some mustard,  honey, and WOW. Slathered it on and then coated it good with Big Ron"s Original Rub. This rested in fridge all morning. Early afternoon started up the D. Boone and for added flavor filled up the Amazn tube with Milt"s Apricot Rosemary pellets and got it smoking good! Ribs in to swim in the smoke! Tossed on a sliced zucchini with a balsamic vinaigrette coating. At the end brushed on some Frank's Red Hot Sweet Chili Sauce. Served with a side of garlic parmesan pasta and a fresh garden salad.  Oh yeah!

More phone pics hope nobdy hurts their neck gawking!  Lol.        Cheers!
