Got the CB 500X going with a chimney of coals and heated up the back side of the Grill Grates good and hot. Tossed on 1/3 lb. balls of Harcar's fresh 70/30 burger that was seasoned with S&P and a bit of Big Ron's Rub. Once flattened, time to throw on the asparagus that was lightly coated in EVOO and sprinkled with WOW. After flipping the burgers, Swiss cheese was placed on and some buns set to brown. All was served with a tomato-cucumber-onion salad that had a nice vinaigrette dressing. My favorite little grill came shining through again! Cheers!
