poke ribs = yumminess
« Reply #-1 on: July 02, 2012, 07:54:38 PM »
been awhile since i have had a good rib.  might be over like week or so.  my wife bought me a rack and told me to be happy.  why thank you dear.  was cruising around sacramento and got lost (i live in orangeville).  welp, i found a bbq place and found this rub there.  how cool.  maynard bbq rubs.  someone stole my maynard.   :'(

got the usual players.

threw it on #336 @ 275°.

well, 2 1/2 hours go by and i check the rib.  ready for sauce.  found this in the bbq store too.

i've never had anything w/ agave unless it came in tequila.  oh ya.  those look very good.

one more time.

got a baby smoke ring on them.  nice color and texture also.

one of the best ribs i have made lately.  when you eat so many ribs like i do it takes alot to impress me.  i loved the flavor profile on these.  i only got 2 bones.  when are these kids moving anyway?  maybe the wife too.  she had 3.

RIBS! RIBS! RIBS!  :)
That would make 4 ribs, not nearly enough.  ;) :D :P   My kids devour 1 rack by themselves. They are 9 and 12

Maynard,
Your ribs always look great.  I wish I had the smell/taste options on my computer.
